Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your account directly from Cassian:
- Open Cassian.
- Go to Settings.
- Select “Delete my account”.
- Confirm your request.

If you can no longer access the application or if the deletion process does not complete successfully, you can also request deletion of your account by writing to:
contact@octocube.frPlease provide the email address associated with your Cassian account so that we can identify your account and process your request. Account deletion requests submitted by email may require identity verification.
Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days.
Deleting your account results in the deletion of the account and associated data, except where certain information must be retained to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Some data may also be anonymised where retaining it in directly identifiable form is no longer necessary.
