Jalyo
BETAAn assistant that turns everyday documents into tracked actions: Jalyo reads a letter, an invoice or a notice, suggests the actions to take along with the excerpt that supports them, then follows them through to completion.
What the application does
- Capture a document by photo, from the gallery or as a PDF. For a photo, the text is read on the phone.
- Each document is sorted into one of four outcomes: do now, schedule, nothing to do, to check. When in doubt, the document goes to “to check”.
- Each suggested action comes with the excerpt from the document that supports it. No action is created without your approval.
- Follow-up until “done”, with reminders by notification, by email and in your calendar.
Jalyo is not designed for health documents, which are rejected. No date missing from the document is calculated: only written time limits (“within 15 days”) are converted.
Beta access
The application is in closed beta. Access is opened gradually, with no published schedule.
